Course Outline:

This virtual training course provides an introduction to the concepts of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace or community. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of DEI and how it can benefit organizations and individuals. The training will explore topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competence, creating an inclusive environment, equity and access, and action planning.
