As the Founder and CEO of Actuate Consulting and Innovative Bonding Services, Checree has dedicated her career to helping leaders strengthen communication, improve team dynamics, increase emotional intelligence, and develop the confidence and clarity necessary to lead effectively.
Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with corporate leaders, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, contractors, and executive teams across the United States. Her work focuses on helping organizations improve workplace culture, strengthen leadership capacity, resolve conflict, and create sustainable systems that support long-term success.
Checree is a Certified Executive Coach, Certified DISC Behavioral Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She combines practical business experience with leadership development strategies that help individuals better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and maximize their impact.
In addition to her leadership consulting work, Checree is recognized as a trusted surety professional with more than two decades of experience in the surety and bonding industry. Through Innovative Bonding Services, she has assisted contractors, small businesses, and emerging firms in obtaining contract and commercial surety bonds while helping them develop the financial and operational capacity necessary for growth.
Her expertise has supported numerous contractor development and bond readiness initiatives, including programs designed to help small, minority-owned, women-owned, and emerging businesses gain greater access to contracting opportunities.
Checree’s experience includes leadership development engagements with corporate organizations, local governments, nonprofit agencies, and community development programs.
